Isang Araw ng Pahinga: City Lifestyle Spa Experience

One of the nicest thing to do is to have a good massage when you are off from work. And since I have an extra money to spare I tried City Lifestyle Spa last Friday.

Nagsimula ang hilig ko sa masahe mga 6 na buwan na ang nakakaraan ng masubukan ko ito sa Wensha due to a friend's advice. Anyway, City Lifestyle is located at Timog, Quezon City. It is a 6 story building that houses a fitness center and the spa. On level one is the fitness center, level two is the men's wet area. and level 6 is the VIP rooms for men. Siyempre yung ibang hindi ko nabanggit either hindi ko alam or pambabae.

So I started the experience at the wet area where I was welcomed by the attendantsthat are good, accommodating and friendly. Then i took a shower at the wet area then indulged myself at the jacuzzi. I also have tried their sauna and steam bath. Sa totoo lang, Medyo kailangan lang siguro ng konting ayos ang lugar. It doesn't look like a relaxing place to stay due to it's ambiance. Pero, okay na din siya.

After going wet, i then tried the massage at the 6th floor. Ramil was my masseur, who was already at the front desk waiting for me. He accompannied me to the room where the massage will take place. The ambience was good, but i prefer candle lights as compared to the light coming from the wash room that is too bright. maybe I'm just the person that is sooooo photosensitive during massage that i want a place that is dim enough.

He then told me to get naked since I am on a private room, okay i said, and then we went off to the massage. The massage was difinitely recommendable. Ramil had taken his time to put pressure on every muscle of the body. Pressure and timing was great. No hurrying, he had made sure that every strokes that he does will make you feel relaxed. "Sarap talaga masahe mo" i told him. he then asked me if I had a massage experience before in which i naughtily replied, "anong klaseng experience?" He replied, "kayo talaga sir mapagbiro, pero, oo kasama na yon?" we had a little chat during the massage sharing our experiences and some stories. the best part of the massage, i wouldn't tell. it will be just between me and Ramil.

Ramil definitely made the experience unforgetable. and I'm pretty sure, i will be coming back for his massage.

Removing the Stress

Going to spa had been one of my top favorite things to do most especially when I feel depressed, tired or just simply bored of staying at home. Having a great massage when I'm off from work provides relief from my aching muscles brought by walking along the long hallway of the unit, carrying and turning patients from side to side and going to the different department of the hospital to fetch patient or to get materials needed for some medical procedures.

Yesterday, I went to City Lifestyle Spa for a day of relaxation. The massage had cost me Php700+ since i opted to have my massage done at the VIP rooms ( I guess an expensive treat to myself for a week of work). I had chosen Ramil to be my masseur because of the recommendations that I have heard about him. Our session will start at 8PM, so i had the luxury to have my self soaked on the jacuzzi or take a few minutes at the steam bath.

The Men's Wet Area is located at the 2nd floor of the building. Upon entry, I was greeted by the male attendants that were courteous and accommodating. The gave me my locker key as well as a towel for me to use during my stay at the wet area. The place is okay, it is bigger as compared to Wensha Spa, consisted with three 2 pools, jacuzzi, sauna, steambath and the shower room. i took a time to stay at the wet area, trying every aminities that the spa had to offer.

The time came for me to have a massage. Went off to the 6th floor of the building where the VIP rooms for men is located. Ramil was already there to attend to my needs. When I was at the room, he told me to get naked. and the massage started to roll. His hands ahd provided a good pressure and timing to every aching muscle of my body. i asked him to focused on my lower back and definitely he had done a great job pressing it. We had a small talk, stories of anything under the sun, from massages, masseur as well as ghost. hehehehe. One thing i would had enjoyed is how sensual the massage is, but most of all what happened inside is between me and him.

I would definitely go back to have a massage with him.
